Volvo trucks has established something of reputation as cult viewing amonst truck drivers with its "Welcome to my cab" series.
The videos, which are around two minutes long, feature Volvo truck drivers from around the world providing a tour of their vehicle cabs which double as home and office when they are on the road.
The last video features husband and wife team, Rickie and Elizabeth Hollins, a thirteen year partnership on the road, who offer a fun insight into life in in their Volvo VNL truck. The US alone has 180,000–200,000 women truck drivers of whom 50–60% work in a team situation.
The videos have proved extremely popular, with another female driver - Holland's Dagmar Klink - receiving more than quarter of a million hits to the tour of her Pink Lady Volvo Truck. Other, more 'masculine' versions include the Italian Gangster Cab and UK-based The Terminator
Volvo truck drivers all over the world are proud of their adaptions inside and outside their trucks. From the Pink Lady to the Terminator, truck drivers love their Volvo space.
