ENOC produces high-performance lube

Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has announced the launch of a new synthetic engine lubricant claimed to be a first for the region.

ENOC Protec Flex pack shotENOC states that its Protec Flex Energy SN synthetic is the first of its kind in the Middle East and Africa with the highest certification in the region.  The new brand has API SN approval, as well as meeting ILSAC GF-5 and Dexos 1 specifications.

The UAE-based company claims its new oil help fuel consumption reduction of up to 36% as well as the wear reduction and performance enhancements expected from a leading-edge synthetic.

Refined in a range of viscosities including SAE 0W-20, 5W-20 and 10W-30, the first Protec Flex released in the UAE is its SAE 5W-30 product, with one and four litre packs available in retail format and is suitable for multi-fuel and Flex Fuel engines.
