Exxon set for lubes expansion in Indonesia

Bookmark and Share

Exxon-Mobil is looking to help Indonesia's oil and gas industry improve productivity and prevent shutdowns while expanding its industrial lubes business.

Having recently announced the global launch of the gear oil addition to its SHC range, the company now appears to be targetting specific countries and sectors with its overall Mobil SHC industrial lubes brand.

The latest news will see the company maximise its six existing Indonesian distributors to approach oil and gas producers across the country with a view to supplying the synthetic SHC products which, it claims, will reduce unplanned shutdowns casued by lubes-related issues and thus increase productivity.
