Nigeria launches new lubes
Nigerian lubes producer AMMASCO has launched a new, high quality engine oil for the domestic market.
The new brand, AMMASCO Rondo S, is aimed at the diesel market including turbocharged and normally aspirated engines of all kinds, from trucks to locomotives as well as stationary units.
More importantly, AMMASCO, which claims to be one of the fastest growing lubes producers in Nigeria, is marketing the product as a locally-produced, high performance brand which is helping to combat the trade in adulterated oil products which the country's government and legitimate producers are trying to stamp out.
Rondo S will, according to the company, include very high operational, anti-wear and anti-corrosion characteristics, as well as high detergency levels.
