New GOIL range brings Ghanan-made lubricants up to date.
The Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL) has developed new non-toxic and biodegradable lubricants for commercial and private cars. The new products, from African nation's domestic producer, comprises four specially formulated lubricants particularly suited for the country's vehicle parc, climate and road conditions.
Using the latest blending technology, the new range includes:
• GOIL Power Trotro - single-grade diesel engine oil suitable for older designs of naturally aspirated diesel engines.
• GOIL Heavy Duty - a premium single-grade quality engine oil suitable for most diesel and petrol engines including naturally aspirated as well as turbo diesel engines.
• GOIL Power 4WD - a multi-grade oil developed for new technology engines but with specific focus on extended fill intervals.
• GOIL Super Taxi - a premium-quality single-grade gasoline/petrol engine oil, suitable for naturally aspirated or light-turbo diesel engines, again with a focus on sustaining viscosity over extended use.
GOIL will continue to market its Diesel Gamma, Motor Oil HD and Super motor oils, whilst claiming that the new segmented auto brands will not only provide greater suitability for specific vehicle types, but will also help simplify customer choice.
