The Chinese lubricants company is expanding its presence overseas
Shandong Yuangen Petroleum Chemical has announced plans to bring a lubricants production plant online in Singapore as early as February 2015. The expansion is in line with the "go out" approach taken by other domestic energy companies.
The new plant will focus on producing premium quality lubes and highly specialised machinery oils. Yuangen will also use the plant as a regional hub for distributing lubricants to the south east Asian region.
Yuangen specialises in the machine and construction lubricants segment and has grown rapidly as a result of China's urban development drive.
